Enable SLI

To allow nVidia SLI mode to be enabled on a system with mixed-series GPUs installed, non-eligible GPUs must be removed or disabled. For example, on a system with two 8800s and a 7300, disable the 7300 via the device manager and reboot. SLI will now be available for use. This is stupid, but true.
