tips for running launchd on os10.4 server:
you can't set processes to run as ldap users, they have to be in the local netinfo db.
10.4.7 introduced an annoying "Workaround Bonjour" bug with launchctl load. apparently it's harmless.
it's easier to make sure your app is on the boot drive than to figure out how to wait for other drives to be mounted, even if they're all logical drives on the same raid.
